Qualifying Termination Date definition

Qualifying Termination Date means the date on which a Participant incurs a Qualifying Termination.
Qualifying Termination Date means the date occurring twenty-four (24) months following a Change in Control.
Qualifying Termination Date means the date that a Qualifying Termination event first occurred. In the case of a Qualifying Termination that arises from your resignation for Good Reason, the Qualifying Termination Date shall be the effective date of the resignation for Good Reason, taking into account any applicable cure periods set forth in Section 4(f) below.

  • In addition, you shall be eligible to receive a Pro-Rated Bonus for the year in which your employment is terminated, calculated with reference to the Termination Date (as opposed to the Qualifying Termination Date), calculated and paid as provided in Section 3(d)(i)(B) above.
