Qualifying Employees definition

Qualifying Employees means non-salaried employees of the Employers who are required to travel between clients’ homes in the course of their duties to provide home based community support services from the date this variation takes effect;
Qualifying Employees means Employees who are permanently employed by the Company and who do not participate in any of the Company’s other share incentive schemes, and who will be eligible to receive an Offer in terms of the Scheme;
