qualifying disposal means a disposal in relation to which this section applies, and
qualifying disposal means a disposal of an interest in housing land which is a qualifying disposal for the purposes of section 135 or 136 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Disposals of dwelling- houses by local authorities)(5).

Related to qualifying disposal

  • Disqualifying Disposition means any disposition (including any sale) of Stock acquired upon the exercise of an Incentive Stock Option made within the period that ends either (1) two years after the date on which the Participant was granted the Incentive Stock Option or (2) one year after the date upon which the Participant acquired the Stock.
