Qualified Service Providers. The County assures that all service providers meet qualifications as outlined in the DDA Policy 6.13,
Qualified Service Providers means a community-based, nonprofit service provider organization experienced in the provision of supportive housing and homeless services that has received extensive Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services or Department of Developmental Services training and is currently receiving funds from the state under contract in good standing. Refer to the Supportive Housing Guideline on CHFA’s website.

Examples of Qualified Service Providers in a sentence

  • The Department will pay Qualified Service Providers at the agreed upon rate for the services identified in this service chapter and delivered in accordance with the applicable Department policies and procedures AND provided to clients who meet the eligibility criteria.
