QUALIFIED FACILITIES definition

QUALIFIED FACILITIES means any building, improvement, structure, fixture, parking or paving constructed on the Premises.
QUALIFIED FACILITIES means any of AICL's four (4) Korean factories which are qualified to perform Packaging Services for Customer Products pursuant to Customer requirements, specifications and other similar criteria.
QUALIFIED FACILITIES means the buildings and other improvements constructed by or for the benefit of Recipient for design, assembly, manufacturing, storage, training, repair, distribution or other purposes in the Zone, consisting of no less than 200,000 ft2 and expected to cost approximately $50,000,000.

QUALIFIED FACILITIES means the buildings and other improvements constructed by or for the benefit of Recipient for design, assembly, manufacturing, storage, training, repair, distribution or other purposes in the Zone, consisting of the expansion of Recipient’s harvest floor and additional animal welfare upgrades at a cost of approximately $200,000,000.
