Qualified Expiration Date definition

Qualified Expiration Date means an Expiration Date upon which none of the conditions or events set forth in Annex A hereto shall have occurred and be continuing.

Examples of Qualified Expiration Date in a sentence

  • If the Qualified Expiration Date occurs during the period beginning with the date of the Merger Agreement and ending on (and including) the date that is sixty-nine (69) calendar days following the date of the Merger Agreement, then the Applicable Lookback Period shall be the five (5) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Qualified Expiration Date.
