Qualified Capital Expenditures definition

Qualified Capital Expenditures means expenditures properly chargeable to a capital account by a qualified taxpayer during the investment period, totaling at least $20 million for machinery and equipment to be located and used in Vermont for creating, producing, or processing tangible personal property for sale.
Qualified Capital Expenditures means the expenditures capitalized on the books of Tenant or Subtenant for any of the following: replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, including refrigerators, ranges, major appliances, bathroom fixtures, doors (exterior and interior), central air conditioning and heating systems (including cooling towers, water chilling units, furnaces, boilers and fuel storage tanks) and major replacement of siding; major roof replacements, including major replacements of gutters, downspouts, xxxxx and soffits; major repairs and replacements of plumbing and sanitary systems; overhaul of elevator systems; major repaving, resurfacing and sealcoating of sidewalks, parking lots and driveways; repainting of entire building exterior; but excluding major alterations, renovations, additions and normal maintenance and repairs.
Qualified Capital Expenditures. Expenditures capitalized on the books of the Tenant or a Facility Subtenant for any of the following: replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, including refrigerators, ranges, major appliances, bathroom fixtures, doors (exterior and interior), central air conditioning and heating systems (including cooling towers, water chilling units, furnaces, boilers and fuel storage tanks) and major replacement of siding; major roof replacements, including major replacements of gutters, downspouts, xxxxx and soffits; major repairs and replacements of plumbing and sanitary systems; overhaul of elevator systems; major repaving, resurfacing and sealcoating of sidewalks, parking lots and driveways; repainting of entire building exterior; but excluding major alterations, renovations and additions.

  • The amount of Qualified Capital Expenditures per-licensed-bed may never be less in any Lease Year than the amount established in the prior Lease Year.

  • If the entire minimum amount was not expended in such year, the certificate will include certification that the balance of the current minimum amount has been deposited in a reserve account to be used solely for Qualified Capital Expenditures for the Facilities.

Qualified Capital Expenditures means, to the extent reasonable and necessary for the maintenance and operation of Borrower’s business, Capital Expenditures by Borrower for (i) IT Assets; (ii) furniture, fixtures and office equipment; and (iii) alterations, replacements, modifications or additions to office space leased by Borrower.
