Qualified business plan means a plan that includes a description of services or goods to be sold, a marketing plan, and projected financial statements.

  • Consolidated Businesses means the General Partner, the Borrower and their wholly-owned Subsidiaries.

  • Initial Business Plan means the business plan to be provided by the Franchisee to the Secretary of State as described in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Associated Business means a business that owns at least 50% of and controls, directly or indirectly, an authorized business.

  • SBE Certified Business (or “SBEs”) means a business that meets the criteria set forth in Section 1.07.050 of this chapter and has been certified as meeting that criteria by the Community and Economic Development Department-SBE Program Coordinator.

Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.
