Qualified Business Measures definition

Qualified Business Measures means one or more of the performance criteria listed in Section 6(b) hereof upon which performance goals for Qualified Performance Shares may be established by the Committee.
Qualified Business Measures means one or more of the Business Measures listed in Section 11.2 upon which performance goals for certain Qualified Performance-Based Awards may be established by the Committee.
