Qualified Brewmaster definition

Qualified Brewmaster means a brewmaster that is independent and impartial and recognized in the Beer brewing industry for his or her expertise relating to the subject matter at issue.

  • Qualified physician means any physician who has not been excluded under the provisions of subpart I of this part. Except as otherwise provided by regulation, a qualified physician shall be deemed to be designated or ap- proved by OWCP.

  • Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
