Qualified Aircraft to Loan Value Ratio definition

Qualified Aircraft to Loan Value Ratio means, at any time of determination, the ratio of (a) the aggregate appraised value of all Qualified Aircraft (without regard to whether such Qualified Aircraft are included in the Collateral Pool), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent by reference to the most recent Aircraft Appraisal delivered to the Administrative Agent to (b) the sum of (i) the Revolving Commitments of all Lenders at the time of determination plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans at the time of determination.

  • If Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries sells or otherwise disposes of, or grants a Lien in, any Aircraft not included in the Collateral Pool, which results in the Qualified Aircraft to Loan Value Ratio being less than 1.65 to 1.00, the Administrative Agent may, in its reasonable discretion made in good faith, require the Borrower to deliver a new Aircraft Appraisal within 30 days of each such sale or grant of such Lien.

  • Original Loan-to-Value Ratio With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the principal balance of such Mortgage Loan at origination, or such other date as is specified, to the Original Value of the related Mortgage Property.

  • Loan-to-Value Ratio or LTV With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the related Cut-off Date (unless otherwise indicated) to the lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property and (b) if the Mortgage Loan was made to finance the acquisition of the related Mortgaged Property, the purchase price of the Mortgaged Property, expressed as a percentage.

  • Collateral Coverage Ratio means (i) the aggregate value of any relevant collateral security, including the pro rata value of any shared collateral, divided by (ii) the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the relevant debt.

  • Class D Par Value Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing (a) the amount equal to the Aggregate Collateral Balance less the Par Value Test Excess Adjustment Amount by (b) the sum of the Principal Amount Outstanding of each of the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes.

  • Unencumbered Interest Coverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) the Unencumbered Adjusted NOI to (b) the Unsecured Interest Expense for the immediately preceding calendar quarter.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

For the purposes of calculating the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Debt Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Interest Cover Ratio means, on each Measurement Date, the ratio of (a) EBITDA to (b) Net Interest Charged in respect of the Measurement Period ending on that Measurement Date;

For the purposes of calculating the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Debt Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Non-MERS Eligible Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan other than a MERS Eligible Mortgage Loan.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.
