Qualifications, Skills And Ability definition

Qualifications, Skills And Ability means that an Employee must currently possess all required licence(s), certification(s) and/or accreditation(s), and/or the training and/or education requisite for the available work, as established subject to the sole discretion of the Employer, and must be competent immediately to perform all of the required work functions, to the satisfaction of management, without any training being provided by the Employer. However, the Employer agrees to provide an orientation period of a few hours or a few days depending on the complexity of the work at issue, as and when and to such extent as deemed appropriate by management, on a case-by-case basis.
