Qualifications Advisory Committee definition

Qualifications Advisory Committee or "QAC" means the committee required under Section 209 of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act of 1969, 1969 PA 317, MCL 418.209. References in this Order to the "new Qualifications Advisory Committee" or "new QAC" mean the committee required under Section 209 of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act of 1969, 1969 PA 317, MCL 418.209, as modified under this Order.
