Qualification Letter definition

Qualification Letter is defined in Section 3(b) below.
Qualification Letter means the letter provided by the Qualification Agent confirming Purchaser's ability to pay the Total Purchase Price.
Qualification Letter. (also known as Product Certificate) is defined in Section 3(b) below. “Qualification Request” means a completed written request for Qualification of a given Product by Vendor, using the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and executed by an officer of the Vendor.

Examples of Qualification Letter in a sentence

  • Buyer shall pay any and all processing or other fees or charges associated with the issuance of the Qualification Letter.

  • Qualification is granted solely to the Company identified in the applicable Qualification Letter.

  • Because Qualification may be revoked at any time, no third party should rely on any Qualification or Qualification Letter at any time without first confirming the continued effectiveness of such Qualification with GP.

  • Within thirty (30) calendar days of Seller’s acceptance of this Agreement, Buyer must submit to Seller a Qualification Letter, in form and content acceptable to Seller (in Seller’s sole discretion), issued by Qualification Agent.

  • If the Qualification Letter is issued more than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Closing Date, then Buyer’s Permanent Lender will likely require that Buyer reconfirm and re-verify certain information approximately ninety (90) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Closing Date.

  • Buyer understands and accepts that only a Qualification Letter issued by a Qualified Agent approved and designated by Seller shall comply with the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

  • If the Qualification Letter is issued more than 120 calendar days prior to the scheduled Closing Date, then Buyer may be required to reconfirm and re-verify certain information prior to the scheduled Closing Date.

  • Because Qualification may be revoked at any time, no third party should rely on any Qualification or Qualification Letter at any time without first confirming the continued effectiveness of such Qualification with GP Certification Body.

  • Upon receipt of the renewed Criminal history Review Qualification Letter, the Board shall reimburse each Bus Driver $40.00.
