QEA means the quiet enjoyment agreement to be made between the Mortgagee and the Owners in favour of the Charterers, pursuant to which the Charterers are assured of their quiet enjoyment of their rights under this Charter by the Mortgagee and the Owners for so long as the Charterers comply with their obligations under this Charter, in form and substance acceptable to the Mortgagee, the Owners and the Charterers;
