QABs definition
QABs means “Qualification Awarding Bodies”
SABS : means the South African Bureau of Standards.
Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
Compatibility means a condition in which land uses or conditions can coexist in relative proximity to each other in a stable fashion over time such that no use or condition is unduly negatively impacted directly or indirectly by another use or condition.
QAP shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.
