Q&A Log definition
Q&A Log means the specific written enquiries made by Purchaser or Purchaser’s Representatives and the specific written responses given by Seller or Sellers’ Representatives, a copy of which is contained in the Hard Disk;
Q&A Log means the specific written enquiries made by Purchaser, its Affiliates or Purchaser’s Representatives and the specific written responses given by Sellers or Sellers’ Representatives during the due diligence process;
Q&A Log means the excel file entitled “Project Willow – QA List 03-03-13.xls”, as supplemented or amended and exchanged between the parties hereto.
