PXF Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule relating to the PXF Finance Documents as at the date of this Deed and as set out in Schedule 5 (PXF Repayment Schedule).
Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule set out in Schedule 6 (Repayment Schedule).
Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—
Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.
Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
Expected Amortization Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected amortization schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.
Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.
Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the earlier of (i) the date falling six (6) Months from the relevant Utilisation Date and (ii) the Facility Repayment Date.
First Repayment Date means, in relation to each Tranche (and subject to clause 6.3), the date falling three (3) months after the earlier of (a) the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche and (b) the last day of the Drawdown Period for the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche;
Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.
Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.
Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:
Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.
Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.
Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Prepayment Penalty Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Penalty Amount and the term during which such Prepayment Penalty Amount is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Early Termination Schedule is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.
