Examples of PVP Plan in a sentence

  • The PVP Plan may provide different Benefits for different classes of Participants, including, without limitation, different classes of Participants with the same Participating Employer, and may provide for different contributions for such classes.

  • The specific terms of your P/VP Plan will be communicated to you by the President on an annual basis.

  • Any change, modification or alteration to the PVP Plan may take effect retroactively or otherwise, provided that Benefits, once paid, may not be reclaimed.

  • The Trustees shall adopt an investment policy or policies with respect to the PVP Plan, CAEAS/ECAB Plan and any Retiree Plans that reflects prudent investment practices applicable to a large employee life and health trust, and may amend it from time to time.

  • In all cases except as provided herein, your rights and entitlements under any bonus, commission, incentive or other compensation program (including, but not limited to, the P/VP Plan) shall end effective as of your last day of actual employment with the University.

  • By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have no expectation that in any bonus year that there will be any guaranteed P/VP Plan payment.
