An AACS Online Service shall follow the transaction protocols as described in the Specifications and the additional requirements below, including but not limited to transactions where the MCS is authorized to make a Managed Copy using AACS Prepared Video Format and thereby acts as a PVAS and signs the PVT.
SANAS means the South African National Accreditation System. TWA means the average exposure, within a given workplace, to airborne asbestos fibres, normalised to the baseline of a 4 hour continuous period, also applicable to short term exposures, i.e. 10-minute TWA.
KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits
BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
RAS or “Registration Authorities”, are the Subordinate Certification Authorities that are under the control of Starfield.
