Put Option Shares definition

Put Option Shares means the Put Option 1 Shares and the Put Option 2 Shares or, depending on the context, any of such shares.

Put Option Shares means, collectively, the Option Shares submitted directly or indirectly through one or more Controlled Stockholders in a Notice of Exercise and the Option Shares submitted directly or indirectly through one or more Controlled Stockholders in a Tagging Optionor’s Notice.

Put Option Shares means 7,605,235 ordinary "A" shares issued by the Company, conferring a 7.605235% voting and participation interest in the Company on the holder thereof;
