Put Exercise Notice definition

Put Exercise Notice has the meaning set out in Section 2.5;

Put Exercise Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 13.02(c).

Put Exercise Notice means a written notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached hereto, from a Grantee to the Company exercising such Grantee's Put Option and specifying the number of Shares with respect to which such Put Option is being exercised.

Examples of Put Exercise Notice in a sentence

• A Put Exercise Notice, once delivered, shall be irrevocable and the Issuer shall redeem the Bonds the subject of the Put Exercise Notices delivered as aforesaid on the Put Settlement Date.

• A Put Exercise Notice, once delivered, shall be irrevocable and the Issuer shall redeem the Notes subject to the Put Exercise Notices delivered as aforesaid.
