Purchasing Agent Agreement means that certain agreement by and between the Parties and the Purchasing Agent, as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, in which the Purchasing Agent will act as the Parties’ purchasing agent for the purchase of certain tax-exempt materials, supplies and equipment to be used and incorporated into the Project.
