Purchaser’s Broker definition

Purchaser’s Broker shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.1 hereof.
Purchaser’s Broker means the company “INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A.” which shall execute, clear and settle the Block Trade on behalf of the Purchaser

More Definitions of Purchaser’s Broker

Purchaser’s Broker means Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle.
Purchaser’s Broker shall have the meaning given such term in Section 13(a)(i).
Purchaser’s Broker are the only real estate brokers that Purchaser has engaged or dealt with in connection with this transaction, and that Purchaser is obligated to pay a real estate brokerage commission to Purchaser’s Broker pursuant to a separate agreement. Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless with respect to claims for real estate brokerage commissions or finder’s fee for which such party is allegedly obligated. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless with respect to any claims by Purchaser’s Broker for real estate brokerage commissions or finder’s fee. The provisions of this Section 8.1 shall survive Closing.
Purchaser’s Broker in connection with this Contract. Seller and Purchaser each represents and warrants to the other that, other than Broker and Purchaser’s Broker, it has not dealt with or utilized the services of any other real estate broker, sales person or finder in connection with this Contract, and each party agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and, if requested in the sole and absolute discretion of the indemnitee, defend (with counsel approved by the indemnitee) the other party from and against all Losses relating to brokerage commissions and finder’s fees arising from or attributable to the acts or omissions of the indemnifying party.
Purchaser’s Broker means NAI Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Inc.
Purchaser’s Broker. (collectively, the “Brokers”) have acted as the only brokers in connection with the sale of the Property. Seller shall pay Seller’s Broker and Purchaser shall pay Purchaser’s Broker in accordance with separate written agreements between the respective parties. Seller will indemnify Purchaser against any claim for any real estate sales commission, finder’s fees, or like compensation in connection with this transaction and arising out of any act or agreement of Seller, other than any claims asserted by the Purchaser’s Broker. Likewise, Purchaser will indemnify Seller against any claim for any real estate sales commission, finder’s fees or like compensation in connection with this transaction and arising out of any act or agreement of Purchaser, other than any claims asserted by the Seller’s Broker. Seller’s indemnity and Purchaser’s indemnity will survive the Closing or any termination of this Agreement.
Purchaser’s Broker means Jet Advisors, LLC.
