Purchaser Voting Agreement definition

Purchaser Voting Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, dated as of February 28, 2017, by and among the Purchaser and the investors and key holders signatory thereto (as amended from time to time).

Purchaser Voting Agreement means the Purchaser Voting Agreement by and among the Purchaser and the other parties thereto, dated as of the Closing Date, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
