Purchaser Stock Option Plan definition

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the Scorpio Mining Corporation Amended and Restated Stock Option Plan, dated as of January 30, 2015;

Purchaser Stock Option Plan means the TrustWave Holdings, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
