Purchaser Parent Guaranty definition

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means that guaranty of Purchaser Parent dated as of the Effective Date and attached hereto as Exhibit I.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means the Original Purchaser Parent Guaranty or the Replacement Purchaser Parent Guaranty, as applicable.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means the Purchaser Parent Guaranty dated as of the Execution Date and issued by the Purchaser Parent, in the form of Exhibit B.

• Upon execution of the Replacement Purchaser Parent Guaranty, the Original Purchaser Parent Guaranty shall automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect, and neither TerraForm Power nor the beneficiary thereunder shall thereafter have any rights or obligations thereunder.

More Definitions of Purchaser Parent Guaranty

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means a Guaranty Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, executed and delivered as of the Effective Date, pursuant to which Purchaser Parent guarantees in favor of Seller all of the obligations of Purchaser hereunder.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Purchaser Parent in favor of the Sellers, in the form set forth as Annex F.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means that guaranty of Purchaser Parent dated as of the Effective Date and attached hereto as E xhibit I. “Regional Entity” means the Western Electricity Coordinating Council or its successor.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means the Parent Guaranty to be entered into on the Effective Date by Purchaser Parent, in substantially the form of Exhibit H attached hereto.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means the Purchaser Parent Guaranty in the form of Exhibit G.

Purchaser Parent Guaranty means that certain Guaranty delivered by Purchaser to Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
