Purchaser Disclosure Schedules means those certain Purchaser Disclosure Schedules dated as of the date of this Agreement, provided by Purchaser to Seller.

• This Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, and the Schedules and Exhibits hereto and thereto, the Guaranty, and the Confidentiality Agreement, along with the Seller Disclosure Schedules and Purchaser Disclosure Schedules, constitute the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter.
