Purchased Energy definition

Purchased Energy means all of the electric power and energy associated with Aztec’s Full Requirements, as measured at the Metering Equipment, that are in excess of (i) the power and energy that Aztec purchases from WAPA pursuant to the WAPA Agreement, as evidenced by the historical allocation set forth in Exhibit B, (ii) the power and energy generated and delivered to Aztec by the Project, and (iii) the power and energy generated and delivered to Aztec by the Aztec Additional Generation.
Purchased Energy means 100% of the total Energy generated by the Facilities and measured at the Electric Interconnection point for each location described in Exhibit B.
Purchased Energy means, in any Delivery Month, the Energy (expressed in MWh) delivered by REP to the Point(s) of Delivery to serve the CUSTOMER Load as metered by the TDSP serving the CUSTOMER and as determined by ERCOT or such distribution utility.
