Purchased Accounts definition

Purchased Accounts. Accounts purchased hereunder which have not been Closed.

Purchased Accounts shall have the meanings set forth in Section 3.01(a).

More Definitions of Purchased Accounts

Purchased Accounts means the Private Label Accounts and Co-Branded Accounts existing as of the Closing Date and purchased by Bank pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
