Purchase Order Delivery Date definition

Purchase Order Delivery Date means a date for which delivery of any Product is stated in a Purchase Order and confirmed by Supplier. Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, on Delivery Date Product shall be released by both Parties and prepared for shipment per Section 3.4.
Purchase Order Delivery Date means the delivery date(s) specified by Satcon in any Purchase Order.
Purchase Order Delivery Date means the date agreed upon by the Parties in a firm Purchase Order that the quantities of Drug Substance specified in the applicable Purchase Order will be released to Zogenix and ready for immediate shipment.

Examples of Purchase Order Delivery Date in a sentence

  • Seller shall ship goods in the method identified by Esco to permit Seller to meet the delivery date(s) identified by Esco on the face of Purchase Order ("Delivery Date").

  • Such excuse shall continue as long as the Force Majeure Event continues, provided that Zogenix may cancel without penalty any and all Purchase Orders in the event Supplier is unable to fulfill an outstanding Purchase Order within ninety (90) days of its scheduled Purchase Order Delivery Date due to a Force Majeure Event.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Termination Delivery Unit means (a) in the case of a Termination Event, an Event of Default or an Extraordinary Event (other than an Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event), one Share or (b) in the case of an Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event, a unit consisting of the number or amount of each type of property received by a holder of one Share (without consideration of any requirement to pay cash or other consideration in lieu of fractional amounts of any securities) in such Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event. If such Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.

  • Firm Order has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
