Punch Out definition

Punch Out refers to the process that pushes a University customer from PantherExpress to the Supplier’s web-based catalog through which Goods can be selected, with the order process being completed through PantherExpress; and (y) Hosted Catalog refers to a buyer’s ability to access Supplier’s purchasing offerings by viewing a Supplier catalog directly on PantherExpress.
Punch Out means the process of: (1) accessing the Supplier’s web site located outside of the Sprint electronic firewall through a Sprint-approved network for the purpose of purchasing Products or Services; and (2) capturing the data from Supplier’s web site and moving it through the Sprint electronic firewall back into Sprint internal systems.
Punch Out means the process of: (1) accessing the Supplier’s web site located outside of Sprint’s electronic firewall through the Ariba network (or other Sprint approved network) for the purpose of purchasing Products or Services; and (2) capturing the data from Supplier’s web site and moving it through Sprint’s electronic firewall back into Sprint’s internal systems.

Examples of Punch Out in a sentence

  • The University shall process and issue payments in US dollars to Supplier for purchases made through the Punch Out or Hosted Catalog function on PantherExpress 30 days after the date of an undisputed invoice.

  • Core List Goods are subject to a discount (the “Core List Discount”) that is the lesser of (i) the net prices/discounts listed for such Core List Goods or (ii) Punch Out offerings as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
