PUD Project definition

PUD Project means the Planned Unit Development for 1,017 dwelling units, for which the BOCC granted Phase I approval prior to approval of this DRRA in Ordinance No. approved on _, 2014.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
