PUCs definition

PUCs means, collectively, the public utilities commissions or boards for any State or any other jurisdiction in which Borrower operates its telecommunications business or any successor agency, and any successor, in whole or in part, to its functions or jurisdictions, sometimes being referred to herein individually as a “PUC”.
PUCs means state Public Utility Commissions.
PUCs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d)(i).
