Published List Price definition

Published List Price means the price set forth in the local, publically declared and published price list generally applicable to purchasers (in US dollars, Canadian Dollars or pounds sterling as relevant) (net of Value Added Tax or any other similar sales tax payable thereon) for the Application Product and each part thereof which is in force from time to time in that part of the Territory in which the purchaser operates;
