Publicly Traded Securities definition

Publicly Traded Securities means, in respect of a transaction set forth in the definition of Fundamental Change, shares of common stock that are traded on a U.S. national securities exchange or which will be so traded or quoted when issued or exchanged in connection with such Fundamental Change.
Publicly Traded Securities has the meaning provided in the definition of Fundamental Change in this Section 1.01.
Publicly Traded Securities means shares of Capital Stock traded on The New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Market, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Capital Market (or their respective successors), or, with respect to a transaction that otherwise would be a Fundamental Change, which will be so traded when issued or exchanged in connection with such transaction.
