PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING definition

PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING. - means any building, structure, facility, yard or complex used by the municipality to facilitate the performance of, or storage with respect to, the maintenance and care of public infrastructure;
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING means the building located at 0000 X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 and all assets associates with the building all as set forth on Exhibit B.
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING means the building located at 2706 E. 171st Street, Westfield, Indiana 46074 and all assets associates with the building all as set forth on Exhibit B.
