Public Supplier definition

Public Supplier means a legal person licensed to conduct the business of public supply of electricity in Kosovo, in accordance with Article 21 of the Law on Electricity.
Public Supplier means an operator or a service provider;
Public Supplier means a distribution undertaking obliged to supply energy to the customers desirous of such a service within its service territory.

More Definitions of Public Supplier

Public Supplier means a structure functionally and financially separated organized within DSO that performs the function of electricity supply for tariff customers.
