Public Sewage Disposal System definition

Public Sewage Disposal System means a sewage works or water control pollution plant under the care and maintenance of the City or the Ministry of the Environment.
Public Sewage Disposal System means a single system of sewage collection, treatment, and disposal owned and operated by a sanitary district, a water and sewer authority or district, a county, or municipality or another public utility.
Public Sewage Disposal System means any publicly-owned, controlled and/or maintained system which collects, treats, and disposes by surface or subsurface means sewage collected from public or private sewers which is not disposed of in an individual or private sewage disperosal system.

  • Sewage disposal system means all interceptor sewers, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, sewage treatment plants, and all other plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage and industrial wastes, and includes a storm water drain system under the jurisdiction and control of a governmental agency.
