Public secondary school definition

Public secondary school means a school serving grades nine through twelve in a city, local, or exempted village school district, a joint vocational school district, a community school established under Chapter 3314., a STEM school established under Chapter 3326., or a college-preparatory boarding school established under Chapter 3328. of the Revised Code.
Public secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school, including a public secondary charter school, which provides secondary education, as determined under State law, except that such term does not include any education beyond grade 12.
