The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Public Safety Director, shall determine all past practices and benefits.
Should the Office of the Public Safety Director conduct an investigation, members shall be afforded the rights applicable in an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation.
Such access and copies, if requested in a timely manner, shall be provided reasonably in advance of any hearing by the Chief or Public Safety Director.
