Public Lighting Standards definition

Public Lighting Standards means the current version from time to time of AS/NZ 1158 or such other Australian Standard relating to Public Lighting.

  • Generally accepted auditing standards means Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants applicable as of the date on which such record is kept or required to be kept in accordance with such standards.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place,” “stay at home,” workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure, sequester or any other Law, directive, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Authority (including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization) in each case in connection with, related to or in response to COVID-19, including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) or any changes thereto.

  • Specified public utility means an electrical corporation, gas corporation, or telephone corporation, as those terms are defined in Section 54-2-1.
