Public Facility Costs definition
Public Facility Costs means $95,032,000 (year 2000 dollars) or such other number as shall be determined by the Administrator as sufficient to fund the Public Facilities.
Public Facility Costs is defined in Section 5.4A(2). “Public Improvements” is defined in Section 5.5. “Severe Economic Recession” is defined in Section 3.2E.
Public Facility Costs means any direct or indirect cost incurred or to be incurred by a political subdivision in financing any public facility, including the cost of acquisi- tion, construction, rehabilitation, alteration, expansion, or improvement of the facilities.

All Public Facility Costs shall be evidenced by Developer’s submission of paid invoices or other documentation reasonably acceptable to City.
Developer shall advance the Public Facility Costs of constructing the Public Community Center and, upon completion of the Public Community Center, shall dedicate the Community Center Parcel, including the building and improvements thereon, to City.
