Public dock definition

Public dock means a dock constructed and maintained to provide public access from public land to a water body.
Public dock means all regular monthly berths in the Marina, and other docks or berthing areas not under exclusive long-term control of an organization or entity other than the City of Berkeley. (Ord. 6925-NS § 1 (part), 2006: Ord. 6645-NS § 1, 2001)
Public dock means a dock over waters under the jurisdiction of the commission extending from riparian public land or from private land to which the public has been granted a license to travel and either of which is open to public use.
