Pubco Public Warrants definition

Pubco Public Warrants means one whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) share of Pubco Common Stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
Pubco Public Warrants means the warrants issued by PubCo as part of the PubCo Units and exercisable for Class A Shares in accordance with the terms of the Public Warrant Agreement.
Pubco Public Warrants means the redeemable warrants to purchase one share of PubCo Class A Common Stock, whether acquired by a holder as part of a PubCo Unit in PubCo’s initial public offering or anytime thereafter on the open market.
