Pubco Contract definition

Pubco Contract means any agreement, contract, obligation, arrangement or understanding, whether oral or written, including any amendment, supplement, restatement, renewal or replacement thereto: (i) to which PubCo is a party; (ii) by which PubCo or any of its assets is or may become bound or under which PubCo has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (iii) under which PubCo has or may acquire any right or interest.
