PTEs means the prohibited transaction class exemptions issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as such exemptions may be amended from time to time.
PTEs shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 12.24(a) of the Participation Agreement.

PTEs means Penetration Testing Execution Standard and consists of the initial communication and reasoning behind a pen test, through the intelligence gathering and threat modeling phases where testers are working behind the scenes in order to get a better understanding of the tested organization, through vulnerability research, exploitation and post exploitation, where the technical security expertise of the testers come to play and combine with the business understanding of the engagement, and finally to the reporting, which captures the entire process, in a manner that makes sense to the customer and provides the most value to it
PTEs has the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.14(a)(ii).
PTEs shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 12.24(a) of the Participation Agreement. “Punchlist Advance” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.11 of the Participation Agreement. “Punchlist Deadline” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.11 of the Participation Agreement. “Purchase Agreement” shall mean the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and Joint Escrow Instructions dated as of October 4, 2017 by and between Xxxxxx Land Company and the Lessee, without regard to any amendment, modification, extension, supplement, restatement and/or replacement thereof subsequent to such date. “Purchase Money Security Interest” shall mean Liens upon real or tangible personal property securing loans to any Credit Party or Subsidiary of a Credit Party or deferred payments by such Credit Party or Subsidiary for the purchase of such real or tangible personal property. “Purchase Option” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 20.1 of the Lease.

  • Cannabis means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa Linnaeus, Cannabis indica, or Cannabis ruderalis, whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin, whether crude or purified, extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or resin. “Cannabis” also means the separated resin, whether crude or purified, obtained from cannabis. “Cannabis” does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination. For the purpose of this division, “cannabis” does not mean “industrial hemp” as defined by Section 11018.5 of the Health and Safety Code. Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.
