Psychotherapist. ’ means a physician and surgeon specializing in the practice of psychiatry or practicing psychotherapy, a psychologist, a clinical so­ cial worker, a marriage and family therapist, a psychological assistant, marriage and family therapist registered intern or trainee, or associate clinical social worker.

Psychotherapist means a person who is:
