PSA off-gas definition

PSA off-gas or “tail-gas” means the impurity stream resulting from the sequential PSA pressurization/depressurization purification process.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of the Gas remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Plant fuel require­ments, and Plant losses or uses.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Coal-derived fuel means any fuel (whether in a solid, liquid, or gaseous state) produced by the mechanical, thermal, or chemical processing of coal.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Multimodal transport operator means the person on whose behalf the bill of lading/multimodal transport document, or any other document evidencing a contract of multimodal carriage of goods, is issued and who is responsible for the carriage of goods pursuant to the contract of carriage.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Blended fuel means a mixture composed of gasoline or diesel fuel and another liquid, other than a

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.
