PRSIP means the Pacific Regional Strategy Implementation Plan, developed in 2005 under the leadership of the Recipient as the framework for implementing the PRS;

  • The Recipient shall develop a comprehensive Project Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PPMES) based on the monitoring and evaluation framework adopted under the PRSIP.

  • The Steering Committee shall operate within the framework of the coordinating and oversight vehicle established for the PRSIP and shall be responsible for: (a) the policy and strategic direction of the Project; (b) monitoring and reviewing Project implementation; and (c) providing necessary guidance as appropriate.
